Terms and services

  • Individual Item Fees: Each product has its own unique pricing structure. Please refer to the specific item listing for detailed fee information.

  • Rush Order Fee: Orders requested with a delivery timeframe of less than one week will incur a rush order fee of $10.

  • Cancellation Fee:

    • A cancellation fee of $10 will be applied if an order is canceled after the item has been produced.

    • If the canceled item includes personalized elements such as names or custom photos, the cancellation fee will be $15.
